He has a Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences, and a special concentration in Coaching and Consulting.
A proven coach, Larry's unique approach has consistently delivered "off the chart" results by helping people identify and activate their passionate purposes, calling forth their greatness. He has worked with some of the world's leading companies such as Microsoft, Kroger, Boeing, and Hallmark.

Michael Peterson is a recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award from Pacific Lutheran University and veteran of over 1,800 student assembly programs from 1983 through 1995. Michael's program "Who Cares" inspired at-risk students as well as high achievers with his powerful story of courage and determination.
After encouraging students to follow their passions, he moved to Nashville to follow his dream of writing and performing music. With encouragement from Larry Ransom as his coach, Michael became a Warner Brothers recording artist and was the top selling new male artist in all of country music in 1997 and 1998, selling over one million albums with Billboard hits such as "From Here to Eternity."
Michael has been nominated for numerous awards from the Country Music
Association's Horizon Award to the industry's highest honor, the Grammy. |
