Dear Friends,

Before I ever had a hit record, Larry Ransom was helping me to connect to my passions and my talents to create great results and satisfaction. He coached me on the value of "being" great instead of "trying" or "waiting" to be great. His coaching on the power of language has been an incredible resource for my life and I still experience the freedom and insight that comes with being mindful about my choice of words.

He introduced me to the idea that all of us have the power to "change our past" if we are willing to examine and reconsider whether our stories about the past are "the truth" or just versions of the truth. Understanding why I chose to believe certain versions of the truth helped me unload a lot of "old baggage" that weighed me down for years.
