Larry Ransom

Larry Ransom, Founder and President of The Synergy Network, after earning a degree in Psychology from the University of Washington , he has a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and Executive Coaching from Leadership Institute of Seattle. He has worked for over 10 years with Jim Bergquist, Founder and President, of bizFutures Consulting Company, the coaches to World Famous Pike Place Fish.

In working with organizations, Larry's focus is supporting leaders to develop work cultures that release people's natural creativity and produce “off the chart” results. He specializes in empowering companies committed to being world-renowned in the arena of customer service and sales and empowering people to take ownership of the organization's whole vision. His extensive experience as a top-producer in sales and sales management contributes to his overall vision of sales and customer service processes.

Larry has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies including Hallmark, Wells Fargo, Kroger, Boeing and Microsoft, to name a few, providing his expertise as Executive Coach, Trainer and/or Consultant. Bill Edmondson

Ronald Short, PH.D.

Ronald Short, Ph.D. is currently owner of Learning in Action Technologies, a consulting, training and publishing firm. From his thirty years as an educator, coach and consultant, he has three fundamental beliefs which guide his work:

Sherene Zolno

Sherene Zolno, President of Proaction Associates, and Executive Director of The Leading Clinic, works with leadership teams that are ready to reorient to the future, coaching them in how to create the conditions for productivity breakthroughs, shared strategic intention, and whole system culture change to support new partnerships and collaborations.

In her role as a consultant, facilitator and executive coach, she has led public, private and nonprofit organizations in identifying strategic imperatives, building whole system IQ™ and in implementing organization improvements. Arther Rubinfeld

Arthur Rubinfeld is the Founder and President of AIRVISION ADVISORS. The consulting company specializes in developing operational plans, brand positioning, and growth strategies for clients nationwide. The focus is on positioning and leveraging brands to build awareness and facilitate their growth. He provides his clients with visionary thinking to help them define their customer, establish their brand's position and develop strategic growth strategies. He supports his clients by identifying potential managerial hires and executing their growth plan.

Mr. Rubinfeld was recruited by Chairman Howard Schultz in 1992 to Starbucks Coffee Company and served most recently as Executive Vice President responsible for the planning and executing of Starbucks' retail brand design, positioning and real estate growth strategies. Mr. Rubinfeld established the “Gold Standard” for worldwide expansion. He successfully attracted the people and instituted the in-house processes and systems to execute rapid growth. Mr. Rubinfeld grew Starbucks retail to over 3,500 stores worldwide. Starbucks' store development capabilities are the standard to which the industry measures their brand presentation, real estate site selection, store design, construction management and asset management departments.
